Request deletion

SROS respects your privacy and provides a way to request deletion of your account information and data received through connected services, including Meta.

To request deletion, email josue@getsros.com.

Email a deletion request

This page is a public instructions guide for manual deletion requests by email. It is not an automated Meta signed-request callback endpoint.

What to include in your request

To help us locate and verify the correct account, include:

  • The email address associated with your SROS account
  • Your full name
  • Your organization or workspace name
  • The client name, when requesting deletion for a specific client
  • Whether you want to delete:
    • Your SROS user account
    • Your organization membership
    • A specific client’s data
    • Meta-connected data
    • All data associated with your account
  • Any additional information that may help us identify the relevant records

Warning: Never send your password, Meta access token, API key, or full payment-card information by email.

How the request is processed

  1. Email your request to josue@getsros.com.
  2. We will verify your identity and your authority to request deletion for the account, organization, or client.
  3. We may request additional information if necessary to prevent unauthorized deletion.
  4. After verification, we will delete or anonymize the applicable data, subject to legal, security, billing, fraud-prevention, and record-retention requirements.
  5. We will confirm when the request has been completed or explain any information that must be retained.

We will respond and process verified requests within the period required by applicable law.

Data covered by a deletion request

Depending on the scope of the request, deletion may include:

  • SROS account and profile information
  • Organization membership information
  • Client records created in SROS
  • Meta OAuth connection credentials
  • Meta businesses, ad accounts, Pages, datasets, forms, and asset references synchronized into SROS
  • Meta campaign and advertising-performance data stored by SROS
  • Meta lead information received through authorized lead forms
  • GoHighLevel connection and mapping information
  • Launch configuration and generated campaign assets
  • Uploaded files and creative assets
  • Support communications and account preferences

Information we may retain

Certain information may be retained when required for legitimate legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, dispute-resolution, or audit purposes. Where appropriate, retained records may be restricted or anonymized.

Examples may include:

  • Billing and transaction records
  • Security and abuse-prevention logs
  • Records needed to establish or defend legal claims
  • Aggregated or anonymized analytics
  • Audit records that no longer identify the user directly

Retention depends on the circumstances of each request. Not every record type is retained in every case.

Disconnecting Meta

Disconnecting Meta from SROS prevents SROS from making future authorized requests through that connection. Disconnecting does not necessarily delete historical information already stored in SROS.

Users who want historical Meta-connected data deleted should email josue@getsros.com and clearly request deletion of their Meta-connected data.

Disconnecting SROS does not delete or pause campaigns, ads, Pages, forms, or other assets in Meta. Users must manage those items separately in their Meta account.

Users may also remove the SROS application from their Facebook or Meta account settings.

Organization and client data

A user may request removal of their individual SROS membership without necessarily deleting an organization’s shared business records.

Requests to delete organization-wide or client-wide information must come from an authorized organization owner or administrator. SROS may verify that authority before processing the request.
